Does Weight Distribution Hitch Transfer Weight to Front Axle
Question:
I have read that using a WD HITCH it transfers 20 to 30 of the tongue weight off the rear of the TV and puts some to the front axel of the TV and some to the rear axels of the TT, is this true?

It is true that a weight distribution hitch like the # RP66084 will transfer some weight to the front axle but there is no exact way to know this without trying to measure it on a scale. 20-30% is probably a good guess but we can't say for sure. Since different vehicles have different spring rates, and wheelbases it varies greatly.
The main goal of a WDH is to keep your tow vehicle level so this isn't something to be concerned about. Assuming it is setup correctly your trailer should be sitting level so the weight between the axles shouldn't be affected by the hitch.
