I have a great solution for you. From the available specs I have on your fat-tire Aventon Sinch, it weighs 68 pounds. Since the Kuat NV 2.0 # NV22G only has a maximum weight capacity of 60 pounds per bike, you do not have enough capacity.

With that being said, a great alternative is the Thule EasyFold XT Bike Rack for 2 Electric Bikes - 1-1/4" and 2" Hitches # TH903202 along with the fat bike straps # TH985101 for the 4" wide tires on your bike. With the EasyFold XT, you will be able to transport your Sinch with the battery removed to be under the 65 pound weight capacity. We recommend removing the battery anyways to avoid any potential damage to battery due to bumps and jarring. As far as mounting the bike, since the EasyFold XT comes with independently-adjusting cradles, they are perfect for your bike's frame. Since the crosstube has an exceptionnaly wide crosstube, the best place to attach the straps is most likely the tubes directly underneath the main crosstube and above the front part of the chain. As long as you have a tube on the frame that is less 3-1/8" wide, you have a suitable mounting point for the bike. I recommend measuring your tubes to make sure one fits within this parameter.

If you need a compatible hitch receiver for the rack, feel free to respond with your vehicle's year/make/model, and I will be happy to point you in the right direction.
