Will Self-Adjusting Electric Trailer Brakes Fit Dexter 3,500 lb Axles

Just bought a 6x14 United enclosed trailer. It has break away brakes but not electric driving brakes. The trailer has dual dexter 3500# torsion axles. Am I correct that these would be the correct purchase to add electric brakes as long as the drum size is correct?
