Valley power pull glider 16k. Will that fix in 2016 ram short box ,the factory pucks I mean

From what I have found, the Valley Power Pull Glider 16k you have will fit industry standard rails. This means it will fit if you use the Reese 5th Wheel Rail Adapter # RP30154 you were looking at. However, a manual slider is not recommended for this setup.
Instead, you need to use a sidewinder pin box and a fixed 5th wheel hitch. You will need to choose the correct replacement based on what you currently have/the bolt pattern. See the attached article on how to identify or measure to find which pin box you have.
For a 5th wheel hitch that fits your factory puck system I recommend the B&W Companion OEM 5th Wheel Hitch # BWRVK3600. This hitch features a 1" thick dual jaw for less rattle and more security. The Companion also has a non-binding cam-action latch handle which allows you to quickly and easily release the jaws on the hitch, even if you are on uneven terrain. You would also need a wedge like the # SWW-06 or # RP74FR depending on the pin box.
