Troubleshooting the B&W RVK3300 Side to Side Movement

My top does not move right to left, in aOther words not articulating right to left....is there a release or adjustment.

I just spoke with my rep at B&W about your Companion 5th-Wheel Hitch item # BWRVK3300. The side to side movement will only happen with the weight of the fifth wheel on the plate. You shouldn't be able to move it by hand for adjustment purposes. The side to side movement is controlled by the up and down pivot and does not have a release or adjustment.
