Solution for Hard to Release B and W Companion Hitch for Ford Hitch Prep
Question:
I have a 2015, F350 long bed and cant get the hitch to come out or even turn the 4 locking pins to the bed. I had a spray in bed liner installed and since then cant get it to release for a clear bed. Your thoughts please? I have a B and W 20K hitch

Sounds like the spray in bed liner has added a bit of height to the truck bed floor and the hitch doesn't want to release now. You can adjust the height of the latch handle which will change the tension.
If you check out the picture I attached you can see the section of the install instructions that covers how to do this.
