What rack /cross bars are there to put on a naked roof super crew cab ford f 150 that can hold a roof top tent the tent is 160 lbs by itself and ratted up to about 600 lbs with people in tent.

I have a solution for you. If you are looking to have up to 600 pounds of total weight with a roof top tent on your 2020 Ford F-150 super crew cab, I strongly recommend using a ladder rack. This is because a ladder rack will definitely have the weight capacity you need on your truck bed without risking total collapse of the cab's roof.

With that being said, the best option for mounting a roof top tent on your roof is a system that does not require door jamb clips on the system. Roof rack manufacturers do not recommend using door jamb clips on a bare roof for a roof top tent because of the amount of weight of the tent and the people can cause the clips to collapse. For the best route, I recommend the Rhino-Rack Aero Bar Roof Rack for Camper Shells - Track Mount # Y02-480B.

While the dynamic weight capacity of this system is 209 pounds, the system does not have a weight rating for a static load. This is because Rhino-Rack's crossbars are rated to the capacity of the tent when using their systems in a static (non-moving) vehicle position.
