Does The Curt Custom Fifth Wheel Installation Kit # C16418-204 Include Rails and Hardware?

Hello, I am inquiring about your Curt Custom Fifth Wheel Installation Kit for Chevy/GMC - Carbide Finish Item # C16418-204. I know it will fit my 2006 Silverado 2500hd but I just want to confirm this comes with the mounting hardware AND the rails. I saw in a QandA someone said you need to buy the rails separate. If you could let me know that would be great! Thank you!

Yes, the Curt Custom Fifth Wheel Installation Kit # C16418-204 will include the lower mounting brackets and in bed 5th wheel rails. You do also get all the hardware needed to bolt the mounting brackets to the frame as well as the rails to the mounting brackets.

You will have to go with a sliding hitch to allow the trailer to make tight turns. For a trailer 8 feet wide the only bed length that's going to allow 90 degree turns without a slider is a stationary hitch. That being said you have two options.…
