Question:

when you take the top arms off the jack it will the rack be low enough for a pop up bed to slide out? Since the rack is permanently mounted to the trailer it wouldnt work if it was too high once the top tubes were removed correct?

The Jack-It 2 Bike Rack for A-Frame Trailers # LC429756 will be 29-3/16" tall when the top arms that hold the bikes are removed. As pop up campers are all different you will need to determine how far your bed area slides out and the height to determine if you will have any fitment issues with this carrier.

In order to determine the torque rating for the lug nuts on your trailer you will need to know check out the chart I attached that shows all of the torque specs for all the trailer lugs available based on stud size, wheel material and wheel size.
