What is Compressed and Raised Height of Scissor Jack # TJSC-24
Question:
Could you please advise the actual jacking range on these items? I believe the max ranges are stated, but I believe that includes the extension of the jack arm. If I lift a unibody vehicle from the frame, it requires lifting the extent of the suspension compression. Thanks

Expert Reply:
The actual height when the Scissor Jacks part # TJSC-24 is fully compressed is 5 inches and fully extended is 23-3/4 inches. You should note that these aren't designed to lift a vehicle or trailer off the ground as they are only for stabilization. Instead you'd need a jack like the bottle jack part # ALL640405 to support a vehicle off the ground.
