Should you mount these on the upper side markers or the lower on 2016 granddesign 30rls? If on the lower on door side with awning will it interfere with view?

Typically the LED Marker Light RV Side Cameras # FCE48TASL that come in the Furrion Vision S Wireless RV Observation Camera System # FCE48TASL-05 are mounted on the lower side marker lights. On your 2016 Grand Design Reflection 30RLS these are going to be the marker lights just behind your front cap on the 5th wheel over hang. This provides the best view of the blind spots for vehicles. Each camera has a 65-degree viewing angle and the camera will be far enough away from the awning that it does not interfere with the view of traffic.

The # FCE48TASL can also be added to the Furrion Vision S Wireless RV Backup Camera System w/ Night Vision - Rear Mount - 5" Screen # FOS05TASF if you already had that in place.
