There really won't be able to tell if your 2021 Kia Sorrento is wired for the trailer lights. If you bought the vehicle with the towing package, then the wires will be incorporated in the factory harness.
Right now, there is only one plug in style adapter # TK26FR available right now for your Sorrento that does not require splicing into the factory wiring.
There will be a connector located behind the driver's-side and passenger's-side tail lights. You will have to remove the tail light assemblies to access this harness
