Help Finding the Trailer Wiring Harness Plug on a 2019 Hyundai Santa Fe
Question:
I looked at the picture you provided [for another persons similar question] and cant tell exactly where to look for the connector depicted. I did not see a connector like the one that showed, but it may have been that it had been pulled down and had your harness already attached to it. Please advise.

The correct trailer wiring harness for your 2019 Hyundai Santa Fe is the Curt T-Connector Vehicle Wiring Harness part # CU94FR. The port on your Santa Fe that this harness will use is located under the vehicle, behind the rear bumper, on the driver’s side of the vehicle. I am not sure which photo you referenced but have attached one from the instructions for you.
I spoke to my contact at Curt and they stated that this plug will be present even though you do not have the factory tow package. However, if you have a 2019 Hyundai Santa Fe XL then that may be your issue as the above harness is not a fit from the XL models. If you still cannot locate the port then I recommend you take the vehicle to your dealer to have them locate it for you.
