There are a number of different parts needed in order to flat tow your 2021 Jeep Cherokee 80th Anniversary edition, which I'll list for you:

The Blue Ox Base Plates will help your Jeep maintain a clean look as they have removable arms which are mostly hidden when you aren't flat towing.
