What 7-Way and Brake Controller do You Recommend for My 2022 Jeep Wrangler?

In order to install a 7-way on your 2022 Jeep Wrangler without a factory tow package, you need to have a 4-way harness already installed. If you need a 4-way, I recommend the T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness with 4-Pole Flat Trailer Connector # 118786. The T-One comes with a better-quality converter box than the Curt # C56407.
Once the 4-way is installed, then you are good to go with the 7-way harness. For that harness, you need the Universal Installation Kit for Trailer Brake Controllers # ETBC7. With this harness, you can splice in the wiring into your vehicle's wiring to prepare the way for a brake controller setup.
To add a brake controller, I recommend the Tekonsha Voyager # 39510 or the Curt Echo # C51180. Both of these controllers are proportional controllers which means that the controller activates the trailer brakes in proportion to your vehicle's braking action. The Voyager is more of a traditional-style controller than requires mounting into the dashboard of your vehicle near the steering wheel. If you decide on going with the Voyager, you need the addition plug-in adapter # 20127. On the other hand, the Curt Echo allows you to control the settings of your controller with the ease of your Smart device.
