Does Hardwiring 4-Way to Tow Vehicle Require Running Wires to Both Sides of Vehicle
Question:
Do I just connect the 4 way to.one side of the rv in order to get all lights and turn signals on the attached pull.behind trailer?

If you are hardwiring a 4-way to your RV like with the # 18252 you'd need to run wire to both side of the taillights so that you can access the left stop/turn circuit for the green wire and the right stop/turn circuit for the yellow wire. The running light and ground circuit can be located one either side of the trailer though.
