Is there an actual concealed cross tube hitch receiver for the 2022 Toyota Sienna?

Do to the design of the 2022 Toyota Sienna a hitch receiver with a concealed cross tube is not possible.

However looking at installs and customer photos the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver - Custom Fit - Class III - 2" # C22UR fits snug to the vehicle and is slightly recessed.
