If you are needing a receiver I recommend the etrailer Trailer Hitch Receiver # e98856. This receiver is longer than other receivers allowing for better clearance around the spare tire for hitch mounted accessories. It will also make connecting to a trailer easier as the ball connection will be further from your Jeep.
