There is indeed a fit, the # BWRVK3255 Patriot you'd looked at would work great for you.

To install the # BWRVK3255 B&W Patriot in your 2022 GMC Sierra 2500, you'll use the B&W # BWRVR3200 bracket/rail kit.

You might also consider installing a 7-way trailer connector in the truck bed so you don't have to run the trailer connector cable up over the tailgate. You can install one using part # C56000.
