Recommended Trailer Hitch Receiver for 2019 Mercedes-Benz GLC 350e
Question:
We have a 2019 GLC350e meaning electric. There is no spare tire area. My concern is the battery and electrical in the area of the brackets of the hitch. Has anyone installed a receiver hitch on the e series?

There is one hitch available that is confirmed to fit your 2019 Mercedes-Benz GLC 350e. That hitch is the Stealth Hitches Hidden Rack Receiver - Custom Fit - 2" # SH47MR. This hitch installs behind the factory bumper beam so it will not interfere with any of the electrical components in your 350e. It is completely hidden and has a tongue weight capacity of 350 lbs, but does not have a towing capacity since it cannot be used for towing.
If you plan on doing some towing, you will need the # SH64GR instead. This includes the # SH72MR towing kit with trailer wiring that will allow you to tow a trailer. If you just want the hitch and decide you want to do some towing in the future the towing kit could always be purchased at a later time.
