The pucks on the Demco 5th Wheel Rail Adapter for Chevy/GMC OEM 5th Wheel Towing Prep Package # DM6194 just drop into the openings in your 2019 Chevrolet Silverado's OEM prep package, they are not actually locking in at that point. The Hex key (Allen key) is actually used to level the adapter, not secure it. The part that is securing the adapter in is the metal bar in the middle of the adapter, locked in place by the wing nut. If the metal bar is front to back (facing towards the cab and tailgate) it is locked, if it is side to side (facing the side of the truck to the other side of the truck) it is unlocked. You can unlock this by turning the metal bar 1/4 turn to the left.

Since you mentioned one puck is stuck, it sounds like you are unlocked but just having an issue removing the one part of the adapter. There are a couple things that you can try. The first would be to try and spray some sort of spray lubricant into that adapter, it sounds like there may be something in there causing it to bind up. The other thing would be to try and play around with the level of the jack using the hex key. Start by turning it one way to change the level and see if that helps, it may be that the angle is causing that puck to bind, if you raise or lower the level of the adapter it may free up that puck to remove.

If you try these and are still unable to get the adapter out, please reach back out and I can help you troubleshoot further.
