Can Locking Actuator in Diversi-Tech/Fastway Aluminum Ball Mount be Replaced
Question:
Do y’all sale the actuator for the lock. I bought a rekeying kit but the actuator is broke The piece the lock turns for the pins to move for the hitch to unlock out of the receiver

The only internal pieces that are replaceable on a Diversi-Tech ball mount are the lock cores like what you mentioned with part # DTLBM02RK. Since this is the case you will need to replace the entire ball mount. I know this isn't the news you wanted to hear, but it's the only solution for your situation.
You can use a direct replacement like part # DTALBM6800 which fits a 2" hitch receiver and has an 8" drop and 9" rise, but I recommend going with an upgrade like the B&W Tow & Stow # BWTS10043B which also fits a 2" hitch receiver and has an 9" drop and 9-1/2" rise. The Tow & Stow doesn't have locks but you can easily add a lock with part # 34061075-D to protect your investment. The best thing about the B&W products is that they have a limited lifetime warranty and the support from B&W is hard to beat.
