Solution to Replace Caster Wheel on Jack with 2 Inch Diameter Tube
Question:
I have an Atwood trailer jack that is missing the wheel. It only has a single hole that is slotted, it is 1 3/4 pipe for the wheel, can I use this one and redrill the hole?

I can't say that I recommend drilling another hole in the jack tube since it's going to further weaken the steel tubing the more holes are drilled in it, but you may be able to make the Replacement Caster Wheel for Ultra-Fab Manual 2" Trailer Jack # UF49-954035 as it has a 1-3/4" diameter to connect to the 2" tube on your jack.
With that said, your best bet is probably just to replace the jack altogether with something like the Fulton Fixed-Mount Marine Jack - Sidewind - 1,200 lbs # TJ12220301 or if you need a weld on jack then you'll need something like the Fulton Round, Snap-Ring Swivel Marine Jack - Weld On - Sidewind - 10" Lift - 1,200 lbs # FTJ120W0301. If you need something with a higher rating and can provide the specs on your current jack I'm happy to see if we can find an alternative.
