I've got a 2021 Jeep Cherokee that I need a hitch for to carry Kuat NV 2.0 bike rack. I noticed there are 2 options- Draw-Tite and Curt. Which one should I get? Is there a big difference?

You're correct that there are two options for your 2021 Jeep Cherokee, the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver - Custom Fit - Class III - 2" # C13395 and the Draw-Tite Max-Frame Trailer Hitch Receiver - Custom Fit - Class III - 2" # 75998 and they're both really nice hitches.

The main difference between the two is that with the Draw-Tite # 75998 you're going to get a little bit better ground clearance (14") and the distance from the hitch pin hole to the edge of the bumper is slightly less (6") than the Curt # C13395 (12-1/2" and 7" respectively). The extra clearance in both of these areas is helpful with both towing and carrying a hitch mounted accessory like your Kuat NV 2.0 # NV22G, which requires 7" to store folded up towards the bumper. For this reason I recommend going with the Draw-Tite # 75998.

I checked the installation instructions for the Draw Tite Hitch part #75838 and there is no mention of lowering exhaust or removing body panels so no, you would not need to do either of those things to install this hitch on your 2014 Jeep Cherokee.
