I have a 2014 jeep Cherokee and wanted to know if its bolt on without lowering of exhaust or body panels prior to installation.

I checked the installation instructions for the Draw Tite Hitch part # 75838 and there is no mention of lowering exhaust or removing body panels so no, you would not need to do either of those things to install this hitch on your 2014 Jeep Cherokee.
