Question:
will this fit the jeep Gladiator or not ?

The Blue Ox Base Plate Kit, # BX3759 that you refer to is not for the 2021 Jeep Gladiator, this is for a Toyota Corolla and Matrix model. Blue Ox Base Plate Kit, # BLU53FR is the correct Blue Ox base plate kit for the 2021 Jeep Gladiator. This base plate has easily removable arms that offer a seamless look when you're not flat towing, the base plate bolts directly to your chassis, so no welding is required.
For flat towing your Jeep you will also need a tow bar, safety cables, a wiring solution providing connection to indicator lights, and a supplemental braking system.
My recommended tow bar is the Blue Ox Avail Non-Binding Tow Bar, # BX7420. This has the needed safety cables included.
The Roadmaster Diode 7-Wire to 6-Wire Flexo-Coil Wiring Kit, # RM-15267 allows you to use your Jeep Gladiator's tail lights and wiring system while preventing feedback from your RV. Note the linked product review and installation video on a 2021 Jeep Gladiator.
For your supplemental braking system, I suggest the Demco SBS Stay-IN-Play DUO Supplemental Braking System, # SM99251.
And finally, you may/may not require the use of a high-low adapter. I have attached a link to a help article "HOW TO CHOOSE A HIGH-LOW ADAPTER" to assist you in making this determination. To flat tow your vehicle behind your RV the tow bar adapter is used to raise or lower the height of the tow bar to the "Safe Zone". The "Safe Zone" for a motor-home-mounted tow bar ranges from 3" above level to 3" below level. A tow bar adapter will provide the necessary rise/drop to get into the "Safe Zone". Discover this by measuring from the ground to the center of the base plate kit on your 2021 Jeep Gladiator and compare that to the measurement from the ground to the top of the inside edge of the hitch on your motorhome. If this distance is not within 3" of one another then you want to use a high-low adapter. Please note the link to a selection of adaptors attached.
Several product review and installation videos of the items discussed here have been linked. I hope they are of value to you and can provide the needed information. Please let us know what other assistance we can provide. Happy Camping.
