I would be happy to help!
Since your trailer KZ RV 180 RBT has a dry(unloaded weight) of 3290lbs and your 2016 Kia Sedona has a max towing capacity of 3500lbs we can pretty easily figure out which system will be the best for you, though there is not much you will be able to add carry in the trailer due to the capacity of your trailer.
Tongue weight is typically 10-15% of the trailer weight so since your trailer cannot exceed 3500lbs due to the towing capacity of your vehicle your tongue weight will be right around 525lbs. For that weight I recommend the Fastway e2 Weight Distribution Hitch # FA92-00-0600 which works with tongue weights between 250-600lbs which will be perfect for your trailer. This trailer has a fantastic 2 point sway control that will do an awesome job of keeping your trailer straight when going down the road.
This hitch does not include a hitch ball so you will need 2" hitch ball # A-90 to match the coupler on your trailer.
I included a video of the # FA92-00-0600 for you to take a look at.
