I have a solution for you, but the Dexter Trailer Idler Axle Beam with EZ-Lube Spindles - 60" Long - 2,200 lbs # T20BTR-EZ-6048 has a BTR spindle that requires hubs with # L44649 bearings; the Trailer Idler Hub Assembly for 2K Axles - 10" to 12" Wheels - 5 on 4-1/2 - Pre-Greased # AKIHUB-545-2-1K uses # L44643 bearings.
Instead, you'll want to use something like the Dexter Trailer Idler Hub Assembly for 2,000-lb E-Z Lube Axles - 5 on 4-1/2 # 8-258-5UC1-EZ, which uses # L44649 bearings to fit the BTR spindle on the # T20BTR-EZ-6048. These are idler hubs with a 5 on 4-1/2 bolt pattern like the # AKIHUB-545-2-1K and will work well with the new axle.
