I am looking to order model number 2080 T-SS-Threaded but I am wondering what thread sealant is recommended to get with that?

You actually don't have to use a thread sealant with the Bearing Buddies like the part # BB2080T-SS like what you mentioned.

The DeeMaxx item #DE86VR won't because of the spacing on the mounting bracket but I have a caliper that will. To replace your Tie Down Engineering 46304 caliper you will need the Kodiak Disc Brake Caliper item #KDBC225DAC.
