Trailer Hitch Lock Part # e98880 uses a 5/8-inch pin to lock your ball mount or hitch-mounted accessory to your trailer hitch. This is intended for 2 inch Class III and Class IV receivers.

Typically class II receivers have a 1-1/4-inch opening and use a 1/2-inch diameter hitch pin.

Once you confirm your receiver size (please refer to the included article) you can select either a 1/2-inch diameter hitch lock, such as part # e98879 or # 5200 for a 1-1/4-inch receiver, or if a 2-inch receiver opening you can use the part you referenced, Dead Bolt # 7683 or Bulldog stainless-steel lock # BD580402.
