The Replacement Hardware for Reese 16K Fifth Wheel Head Assembly and Head Support # 30583 kit Contains: 1 Cotter Pin, 2 Rubber Bumpers, 4 Locknuts 1/2"-13 , 4 Hex Bolt 1/2"-13 x 4-1/2" GR5, 2 Nuts 8-32, 4 Spring Clips, 2 Machine Screws 8-32 x 1" & 4 Pull Pins.
The rubber bumpers can be placed at different locations on Reese models. They are typically located in the rear most holes, since the head is tilted toward it when coupling and these prevent the head from contacting the hitch body.
