Im wondering if the Malone MPG901 will fit on a 2019 Audi Q5 with factory roof rails?

The Malone Cargo12 # MPG901 will be able to fit onto your factory crossbars of your 2019 Audi Q5 as long as the crossbar width is between 1 inch and 3 inches and the height of the crossbars is between 3/4 inches and 1-3/8 inches. In order to know for sure if it will fit, I recommend measuring these dimensions of the crossbars on your vehicle.
As far as the Cargo12 allowing you to fully open your rear hatch, you will be able to adjust your crossbars in such a way as to give you enough room for the hatch to fully open.
