The needed bolts to install the Curt hitch part #13581 in your 2009 Mitsubishi Outlander are included but the size of them is 1/2 -13 x 1-3/4.

The part number you referenced is older but it was a propane and carbon monoxide detector like what the part #AT36681 is as well so this would be a suitable replacement.
