According to the extensive procedure outlined in the owner's manual, your 2019 Ford Ranger is capable of being flat towed.

In order to tow the vehicle behind your motorhome, you'll need base plates like part # RM-524459-5, a tow bar like the Roadmaster Falcon 2 all terrain tow bar, part # RM-522 and safety cables like # RM-643.

You'll also need to wire the vehicle so its taillights operate in tandem with those on the motorhome. To do this, I'd recommend a diode system like # RM-152-98146-7.

You will also need a supplemental braking system. If you're not the type to hang onto a vehicle for more than a year or two, a portable system like the Blue Ox Patriot # BLU37TR would be a great choice, as it can be quickly and easily moved to a different vehicle if necessary. You'll also need a 12V outlet kit, part # RM-9332. If you DO hang on to your vehicles for a number of years, a more permanent installation would make more sense. If your motorhome has air brakes, I'd recommend the Demco AirForce One, part # SM99243 or if the coach has hydraulic brakes, use the Demco Stay-In-Play DUO, part # SM99251.

With any of the three options mentioned above, you'll also need a # RM-88400 relay.

If the installed height of the base plates has a plus or minus 3 inch height difference compared to the height of the receiver on the motorhome, you'll also need a high/low adapter to bring it within that range. I'll link to an article outlining how to measure for the adapter, as well as to our selection of adapters.

I've also linked to demonstration and install videos for the parts I mentioned above.
