The Reese 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch w/ Wiring Harness - Dual Jaw - 22,000lbs Item RP30033 will not work for your 2015 Chevy Silverado 3500 Flatbed with recessed ball but the Demco Recon Gooseneck-to-5th Wheel Trailer Hitch Adapter for Recessed Ball - Single Jaw - 21,000lbs Item # DM8550046 will work as long as you are within these guidelines:
This fifth-wheel hitch is not compatible with rotating pin boxes.
Will not work with high-rise gooseneck balls.
The top of the gooseneck ball must be 13/16" or closer to the top of the truck bed for the hitch to install.
