The Roadmaster EZ Base Plate Kit with removable arms, # 52347-1 you refer to is a confirmed fit for the 2011 Nissan Versa, all models no exceptions listed. However, according to the online version of owner's manual for 2017 Nissan Versa, if the vehicle has a manual transmission it can be flat-towed but if it has an automatic or continuous variable transmission (CVT), it must be towed using a tow dolly under the drive wheels. Please refer to your vehicle specific owners manual.

This base plate is compatible with quick disconnects and all Roadmaster tow bars. I am unable to determine what tow-bar you have as the model number 333061368 does not match to anything current. I recommend the Roadmaster Falcon 2 Tow Bar, # RM-520 if you determine that purchase of a new tow bar is needed.

I have listed the needed items to flat tow your 2011 Nissan Versa just in case you need them. You will need a base plate kit, tow bar, safety cables, wiring, supplemental braking system, and a possible high-low adapter. I have attached my recommendations on each of the following below.

Base Plate Kit: Roadmaster EZ Base Plate Kit, # 52347-1

Tow Bar: Roadmaster Falcon 2 Tow Bar, # RM-520

Safety Cables: RoadMaster Single Hook Coiled Safety Cables, # RM-643

Supplemental Braking System: Roadmaster InvisiBrake Supplemental Braking System, # RM-8700 and Roadmaster Brake-Lite Relay Kit for Towed Vehicles, # RM-88400

Flat-Tow Wiring: Roadmaster 4-Diode Universal Wiring Kit for Towed Vehicles, # RM-152-98146-7

High-Low Adapter: See Article

I have attached review/install videos on some of the above parts for you as well.
