Will Ultra-Fab Power Twin II Manual Stabilizer Fit a 2003 Keystone Cougar 5th Wheel Trailer

Is this the correct unit for a 2003 Keystone Cougar fifth wheel model 276, and is the complete installation of this item possible for one person with average do-it-yourself skills?

The frame width on your 2003 Keystone Cougar 5th wheel trailer will need to be between 48 and 80 inches (measured from the outside of the frame on one side to the outside of the frame on the other side) in order for the Ultra-Fab Power Twin II Manual Stabilizer, # UF39-941704, to fit.
The stabilizer has L-shaped brackets that fit on the frame and will be bolted into place. It is a straight forward installation and the average do-it-yourselfer should have no problem performing the installation. I do recommend an assistant to help you maneuver the stabilizer into place. The installation does require drilling into the trailer frame to bolt the stabilizer to the trailer.
