Will Installing a Roadmaster TruTrac Trac Rod Help the Handling of a Motorhome
Question:
Would installing a steering stabilizer alone help the motorhome or should I consider installing another product?

Helpful Expert Reply:
A steering stabilizer like the Roadmaster TruTrac Front-Axle Trac Rod # RM-TRACF53 would be a great addition to your motorhome.
This product braces the axle of the vehicle to prevent jarring and keep it inline which will reduce driver fatigue by minimizing effort to keep vehicle in line. Basically this product is great for reducing rut tracking.
Rut tracking occurs when your truck or RV hits an uneven patch of pavement and is, consequently, pulled into that rut and off of the smooth pavement. With larger trucks and motor homes, this problem can be difficult to correct because you have to work even harder to steer back onto the road.
If this is what you are trying to improve on your vehicle I believe this would be an excellent choice for you. If you are experiencing other problems email me back and I will see if we have anything else that could help you.
