How do I get LESS tension on a Solera slide-out awning?

To loosen the tension on your Solera RV Slide-Out Awning, # LCV000163285 you will want to remove the slide topper from the brackets and reroll the awning. The advised number of rolls per installation instructions is 14. Please not the installation video link below.
