In order to transport 4 bikes on your 2017 Toyota Sienna, I recommend a hitch rack or a roof rack because vehicles cannot handle 4 bikes on a trunk rack. That's the reason most companies that specialize in making trunk racks stop at 3 bikes. Between those two choices I recommend carrying the 4 bikes via a hitch receiver. It is easier to load bikes on a hitch bike rack and there is no gas mileage penalty paid for transporting bikes on the rear of your vehicle compared to the roof.
I recommend the etrailer Trailer Hitch Receiver - Custom Fit - Matte Black Finish - Class III - 2", part # e98853. It is a Class III hitch, so it will have a higher maximum tongue weight. That means you can carry heavier bikes and it can support the weight of a 4 bike hitch rack with no problem. This particular hitch receiver has a maximum tongue weight of 525lbs.
The hitch bike rack I recommend is the Thule Hitching Post Pro - Folding Tilting 4 Bike Rack w Anti-Sway - 1-1/4" and 2", part # TH934XTR. This is a rack that works with the 2" hitch receiver. It has a tilt down mast that allows you to access the rear of your vehicle when on your vehicle. This rack has three individual cradles per bike. It has anti-rattle hitch pin that eliminates movement between your hitch bike rack and the hitch receiver.
I have included product description links and video review links below.
