Installation Instructions for Optronics MCL48AB
Question:
On the MCL48AB I know the white wire hooks to the neutral or ground on my travel trailer, but which wire ties into the turn signal and what is the other wire for? Thanks!

When installing the Optronics # MCL48AB as a blinker/turn signal you will connect the white wire to the ground wire as you've noted. You will then connect the red wire to the turn signal circuit for that side of the trailer and the black wire will be connected to the running light circuit. This light will be illuminated any time the running lights are on and blink when the turn signals are engaged.
If you check out the attached video review of this light it does a really good job of showing how it would wire and function.
