Should Travel Trailer Tires Be Aired Up To Max Pressure Stamped On Sidewall?
Question:
My original rv travel trailer Tires were rated for 65psi ,I up graded the tires to 80psi rated tires,what should be the correct air pressure

Trailer tires like those found on your Travel Trailer should be aired up to the max pressure stamped on the sidewall of the tire. Since you mentioned it is stamped 80 PSI you will want to air them up to 80 PSI.
Trailer tires are different than vehicle tires in that they are designed to be run at the max PSI, and running lower PSI causes the sidewall to get more heat which leads to shorter tire life.
There is one exception being the Goodyear Endurance line of tires, which are designed to be used different PSI depending on the load on the tire. If these are the tires you have just let me know.
