Which Sumo Springs for 2017 Tiffin Allegro 36UA 26K Chassis
Question:
I have a 2017 Tiffin Allegro Open Road 36UA with a 26K GVWR. It currently has sumo springs installed but I was told both springs on the rear are busted. I believe the proper part number is SSR-183-54-1 is this correct for the 26,000 lb chassis and do I need to remove the rear tires to replace the sumo springs since I already have a set installed?

The SumoSprings Maxim, part # SSR-183-54-1 is the recommended SumoSprings helper spring kit for your 2017 Tiffin Allegro Open Road 36UA with the 26K chassis.
It's not necessary to remove the rear wheels to install the # SSR-183-54-1, but it might make things easier as the absence of the wheels will provide more room to work. Since you'll already have existing holes to work with, you can probably get by without removing them if you wish.
Whether you remove the wheels or not, the rear of the vehicle will need to be put up on jack stands so the rear axle hangs.
I'll ink to the installation instructions and to an install video that you might find helpful.
