Does Weight Of Weight Distribution Hitch Get Added To Tongue Weight Of Trailer?

If this hitch had a weight of over 100lbs, from what I can find, and I attach it to receiver rated for a TW of 350lbs, as this hitch is also rated, how does that affect that actual weight the trailer can be adding? Would I have to get the trailers TW to under 250lbs?

The weight of the weight distribution hitch will actually not count towards the tongue weight of your trailer.

So when you use the # BXW0356 you were looking at its 100lbs will not take away from the 350lb tongue weight rating of the trailer hitch receiver on your 2021 Kia Sedona.

You will just need to make sure your trailers tongue weight does not exceed the 350lb tongue weight rating of your trailer hitch receiver.
