Why does My Cruise Controll Shut Off On My 2008 Mazda 3 when I Use The Turn Signals

Question:

I have the D118420 T-one conn. for my mazda 3 / 2008 this does not have LED lights. But when I have my cruise control on and I use my turning indicator to change lanes my cruise control shuts off. I disconnected the wire harness and the cruise works fine???

I spoke with my contact at the manufacturer and this problem has occurred before but is unusual.

The first thing to do is make sure that the ground wire on the T-One wiring harness, item # 118420, is not connected to a common ground and that it is connected to its own separate ground connection.

If that does not solve the problem then the converter may be providing feedback to the brake circuit and the harness will need to be replaced.

If you need to replace the wiring harness and you bought it here at etrailer.com within 1 year you can call our customer service department and they will help you out.
