Will the 30x50 Flint Hill Goods Cargo Carrier w/Ramp Fit on My Flagstaff 528RWS 5th Wheel Hitch?

Is the FHG77ZR suitable for a 200lb generator on the back of a 5th wheel welded 2 inch hitch. Hitch is rated at 300 lb. Flagstaff 528RWS 5th wheel

I have a solution for you. I called my contact at Flint Hill Goods, and he informed me that transporting the Flint Hill Goods 30" x 50" Wheelchair Carrier w/ 48" Ramp - 2" Hitch # FHG77ZR with your 200 pound generator is highly dangerous and not recommended for your Flagstaff 528RWS 5th Wheel. The torque that the end of your trailer receives will be enough to offset the carrier by a potential 2 feet.
However, a great alternative is the Mount-n-Lock GennyGo Generator and Cargo Carrier for RV Bumpers - Aluminum/Steel - 200 lbs # MNT34FR. The GennyGo has an interior dimension of 24" long x 24" wide x 2-5/8" tall. Even though it is a bit smaller than the Curt Cargo Carrier, it has the 200 pound weight capacity you need as well as the ability to take the added torque on your fifth-wheel trailer. Also, the GennyGo comes with all hardware needed for a bolt-on installation to your bumper. If you need straps to secure your generator on the GennyGo's 60 different tie-down points, I recommend the Erickson Re-Tractable Ratchet Straps with Push Button # 34414.
