I had the Trailer Valet JXC Jack # TV54FR measured, and the outer tube is 2 1/4 inches and the inner tube is 2 inches. With the included drill bit attachment, this jack will be a great option for any trailer.

The Trailer Valet JXC Trailer Jack #TV54FR that you referenced does not have a drop leg. I attached a picture that shows the jack full extended and you can see there isn't a drop leg. I also attached a review video for more info on this as well.
