i have a 2021 chevy dually wih the factory curts goosneck ball, i would like to find and adaptor plate that goes from gooseneck to 5th wheel.

I have a different option for you, but since the OEM gooseneck hitch in your 2021 Chevrolet Silverado 3500 DRW does not use a latch to keep the gooseneck ball from spinning, you will not be able to use a 5th wheel rail adapter that goes directly into your gooseneck hitch. The gooseneck hitch ball for your truck is secured by ball bearings, and rotates which would cause the 5th wheel hitch to spin which would cause the trailer to be all over the place.
Instead you will need to use a 5th wheel hitch that goes into the OEM prep package pucks in your truck like the B&W Companion OEM 5th Wheel Hitch for Chevy/GMC Towing Prep Package - Dual Jaw - 20,000 lbs # BWRVK3710. This hitch has a 20000lb rating, and is a high quality hitch that will give you a very comfortable towing experience due to the 1" thick dual jaws that give 360 degrees of king pin contact, and the fully articulating head that does a great job at reducing chucking.
Since this hitch installs directly into the OEM pucks in your truck, you will not need any sort of adapter, and when removed will have a perfectly clear bed.
