Best 5th Wheel Hitch Recommendation for 2022 GMC Sierra 2500

Just took delivery of my new 2022 GMC Sierra 2500 with the pucks in the bed. Which 5th wheel hitch is recommended?

I'd recommend going with the B&W Companion 5th wheel hitch. The hitch is US manufactured, is of super high quality and provides features like a massive 1 inch thick hitch jaw that holds the king pin very tightly. This allows very little movement of the king pin in the hitch which limits the rattling and banging typically experienced when 5th wheel towing.
The latest generation of GM trucks are designed so there's more room between the rear truck axle and the rear of the cab so there's more room for turns, but unless the 5th wheel you're towing has the dished in front corners it's still recommended that a sliding 5th wheel hitch like # BWRVK3775 be used on short bed trucks. If the front corners of the loft on your 5th wheel are dished in or are concave or you have a long bed truck you can use the stationary model, part # BWRVK3710. Both hitches have a 20K capacity.
For a 7-way trailer connector in the truck bed, you can install part # C56000.
