Adding a 7-Way Trailer Connector to a 2005 Chevy Colorado with Factory 4-Way Trailer Connector

I have 2005 Chevy Colorado 2X4 Z71 which came with a factory 4 pin hook up and i need the 7 pin like the one part # 74682 but my connections are not like the one shown. Does etrailer have custom fit for my make and model 2005 chevy colorado 2X4 Z71 ?

The trailer connector # 74682 would fit if the truck originally came with a factory 7-Way wiring harness. Since your truck did not, you will need to hardwire in a 7-Way using # ETBC7. I have included some links that explain the ETBC7 installation for you to view.
